I rang mark bates Ltd to continue my insurance after my free month and spoke to Emma and she was very informative and pleasant in her attitude even when I was waffling she explained the policy thoroughly and answered my questions satisfactorily and I was quite happy with my decision to continue with my insurance policy.

When paperwork came through the post I didn't understand the paperwork so I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady she took me through the paperwork and did everything over the phone with she was very nice polite patient with me and really helpful i really enjoyed my experience

Took out mobility scooter insurance. Very easy and straightforward process with reasonable price. After experiencing delay with additional equipment for scooter which meant that I couldn’t use it for awhile, have been given two weeks of free insurance. Helpful, efficient and polite member of staff on the phone.

The cheapest insurance I found
It was so easy to set up my insurance cover with Mark Bates. They have been the cheapest quote I've received and when I put a claim in for my scooter they was fast to act. I highly recommend this company to anyone you may be surprised at the overall service and pricing. They will look after you as a valued customer

My scooter is insured with Mark Bates. I have not had to make a claim but when he contacts me re renewal he always gives me plenty or time to make a decision on whether to stay with him or change to someone else. I have had no reason to change.
I was able to pay by cheque
I was able to pay by cheque, using the pre-paid envelope. And the whole renewal was done in only a few days.

I have been a client of Mark Bates for about 6/7 years. In this age of the Internet things are done without contact with a human. I have always contact the company by phone. All there agents are UK based. All the staff are always willing to assist in anyway they can. The service is outstanding and prompt and efficient. I completed my renewal in less than 10 minutes.

I have been with Mark Bates Insurance for a few years now and have just renewed my policy with them again. I insure my mobility scooter, as does my Mum and we have both had to claim for punctures. Mark Bates makes the process so simple. I call to let them know, they tell me to contact the nearest mobility shop to me that can do the works needed. That gets done and they invoice Mark Bates. Simple. Having Insurance with MB relieves the stress and worry if something were to happen whilst on my scooter. I highly recommend them :-)

Brilliant service, so helpful and not pushy at all, just gave us all the best options for a mobility scooter. Have looked round for ages before using modern mobility, would use again without a doubt. Very good prices and good value for money
