Cheap and cheerful
Have been with them since 2022 have not had any claims. Fully covered for less than £12 per month.what is there not to like. A great company and very easy to deal with.

The online form was a bit tricky because it was difficult to give clear specific answers. So I rang up and spoke to a human. The lady was clear, knowledgeable and very helpful, covering lots of detail when answering my questions. Built a lot of trust. Gave me confidence in the company. The price was reasonable considering the extent of the cover.

Free 1 Month Insurance from Mark Bates Ltd
Satisfied with 1 month cover for my Astrolite powered Wheelchair, purchased from Eden Mobility, Washington Tyne & Wear. The no hassle way it was provided was really helpful. Staff explained things really well, & and covered all of the important details. I don’t know the cost of the one month insurance as it was provided “free” so can’t comment on the actual price.

Read and choose the policy which you feel is best for you and then just follow the stage to purchase.Before making purchase I did contact customer service by phone and found them to be helpful and polite. The only downside I found is that the payment structure only allows payments over 12 months so Instead of buy two items for three years I just purchased one. This however will allow me to review my insurance when my insurance is due for renewal next year.
