Power chair insured PowerChair purchased 1 year ago,this is my first renewal. Mark Bates Ins. Contacted me well in advance just as a reminder, which I did need because I had forgotten to make a note of it. When I rang to pay the renewal the young lady was very polite and helpful and the payment was quickly completed. She also gave me the company bank details so that in future I can make payments by direct debit. All together a very easy transaction.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. The representative was so friendly and helpful, plus my call was answered really quickly! I had heard from other child carers that Mark Bates was a recommended company so thought I would see about swapping over. Apart from competitive cost, when I was trying to get through to my old insurance agency, to renew my policy, they took too long to answer! Best decision I made. Thank you.

Power chair plus manual wheelchair insurance
I've had Mark Bates insurance for my power chair since it came... It also offers a free insurance for your manual wheelchair if added to the same policy. It gives you a clear break down of the do's and don'ts, so you can keep inside the policy guidelines. The staff are friendly to speak to, and will advise when the next policy date comes up. Mention of Mark Bates at service time seems to grease the wheels. They like the fact that the machine is cared for. Mine has just passed its second annual service with flying colours. I feel if anything happens Mark Bates Ltd, would help if it came within the policy rules. I feel safer for having one ready. It's not terribly expensive but it's there if needed.
